Shipping & Returns
At Vinca, we take great care in preparing and shipping your carefully selected pieces. For all in-stock items, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days via FedEx Ground. Your package will typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
For your security, a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures your Vinca pieces reach you safely and don't sit unattended.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Vinca pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:
- The item is unworn and in its original condition
- There are no signs of wear or damage
- All original packaging is included (jewelry boxes and pouches)
Please note that personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return
Vinca offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns. You may return your purchase through any of the following methods:
- Email Us: Contact us at hello@vincajewelry.com to let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll provide instructions for dropping off your package at the nearest FedEx location or scheduling an at-home pickup.
- Call Us: Reach out to our customer care team at (816) 531-5591 and we'll be happy to assist you with your return.
- In-Store Returns: If you're in Kansas City, you may return your item at our store. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
