Yes. Vinca transforms inherited or unworn jewelry into contemporary custom pieces while preserving sentimental meaning. Broken rings, loose gemstones, and antique pieces can all be reimagined. Typically ready in 3-5 weeks.

Does Vinca do on-site jewelry repair?

Yes. All repairs are done on-site at the Kansas City store for quick turnaround and personal service.

Can Vinca resize my ring?

Yes. Every Vinca ring can be resized up or down, with one free resize included with each ring purchase.

Does Vinca offer jewelry appraisals?

Yes. Professional appraisals by GIA Certified Gemologists for $100 per piece, with formal bound certificates for insurance or records.

Can Vinca use my old gold or stones in a new piece?

Yes. Vinca can use gold, platinum, silver, or gemstones from your existing jewelry in a new custom design.

Is Vinca a franchise?

No. Vinca has been family-owned and operated since 1987, run from their Country Club Plaza store in Kansas City.

Does Vinca use 3D printing or CAD?

No. Vinca makes all jewelry by hand using traditional methods. Every piece is handcrafted in-house.

Are Vinca's diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes. All diamonds are Kimberley Process certified and conflict-free. Center diamonds are GIA-certified. Lab-grown options are IGI or GIA certified. Vinca follows Responsible Jewelry Council-aligned practices.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship within 2 business days. Out-of-stock items within 4 weeks. Custom jewelry 2-4 weeks from design approval.
